He has also set up and ran special purpose vehicles in Nigeria, Zambia, and the United Kingdom, specifically in the Oil &amp; Gas industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikolai has a master\u2019s degree in International Trade from the Robert Gordon University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. He also holds a diploma in Advanced Certificate in International Trade from the Institute of Export. He is also a certified Change management Practitioner from the APMG International and is an associate member of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His broad skills set include consulting skills with broad business perspective in market penetration, stakeholder management, devise and implement business growth action plans, identify, and seize international growth opportunities, and the ability to coach and mentor whilst managing client expectation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the last 12 years, Nikolai Masoni has worked with the Scottish government\u2019s international growth plan by supporting the government\u2019s agency \u2013 Scottish Development International. He also worked with the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce in delivering export documentation support to the business community.
