Paolo is an experienced manager, consultant, entrepreneur graduated at Bologna University then specialized in management, marketing, sales, retail at SDA Bocconi, MCE, CFMT. He built his own expertise mostly as a manager in Retail, FMCG, Food & Wine, Sustainable & Fair Food/Fashion/Homeware Industries.
He worked for several years for leading Italian Retail FMCG chains, launched new product brands, store formats, category management projects working with hundreds of manufacturers companies. After that he worked for an organization of European retailers from Italy, Germany, France, United Kingdom and Spain and in a worldwide network of retailer chains developing also business alliances. He also has been Managing Director of an International Fair Trade Company with producers from about 50 countries and selling to companies in Europe.
Paolo is author of the book “Marketing of Typical Products”, provides support and advice to startups and is member of PLEF (Planet Life Economy Foundation).
