Pet Service Holding NV is a leader in the field of animal care in the Netherlands with strong growth ambitions for the European market. With a focus on animal supplies and nutrition, as well as veterinary practices, the company has an integrated set of pet care solutions.

The company has started in the Netherlands, but after acquiring a web shop for pet supplies in Germany ambitions were set to enter more markets in Europe. For the listing on Euronext, Alfred Griffioen of Exporteers has collected market research, and together with the management drafted an international marketing strategy and commercial risk mitigation plan, which was part of the prospectus.

The company was successfully listed on Euronext Access Plus in July 2023. Exporteers also made an update of the marketing strategy for the promotion to Euronext Growth Paris, where the company became listed in July 2025.
